We believe everyone deserves a considered experience — online as well as in our showroom. We are committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review and improve the site continually as standards evolve and as we hear from the people who use it.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive differences.

We build with semantic HTML and meaningful structure, provide text alternatives for imagery, and ensure interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard. We test colour contrast against AA thresholds and design clear, visible focus states.

We also respect your system preferences — including reduced motion, which replaces animated sequences with calm, static alternatives.

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with assistive technologies such as screen readers. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive software up to date for the best experience.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, certain third-party embeds or older media. Where we identify a barrier, we prioritise a fix and offer an alternative way to access the information in the meantime.

Your feedback helps us improve. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in a different format, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as a priority and will work with you to find a solution.
