• Product colours, textures and finishes may vary due to screen settings, photography, lighting and the natural variations inherent in luxury materials — including natural wood grain, marble veining, leather scarring and hand-applied finishes. These natural variations and handcrafted characteristics are not considered product defects, and Theodore Alexander does not guarantee exact uniformity between displayed images and the physical product
• Product specifications, availability and pricing may change without notice
• The site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Theodore Alexander does not guarantee that all product information is complete, current or error-free

All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance by Theodore Alexander. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel or modify any order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, pricing or content errors have occurred, fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected, or the order violates these Terms.

The receipt of an automated email order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we explicitly confirm order fulfilment and dispatch the products from our warehouse. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order prior to physical dispatch due to pricing errors or inventory inaccuracies.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law. Theodore Alexander reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before order acceptance.

Additional terms relating to shipping, delivery, returns and refunds apply to purchases made through the site. Those policies — our Delivery Policy and Return Policy — are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
